Le projet « Le Hameau partagé » avec les Terminales STI2D

Le 15 octobre 2024 les Terminales STI2D ont visité « Le Hameau Partagé » à Saint-Jean-de-Braye. Lucien Jahier, Dominique Plancher, Emmanuel Henry et Jean-Marie Huberson nous ont présenté leur projet : « Le Hameau Partagé ». C’est un lieu où plus de 70 personnes de tous les âges (0 à 86 ans) vivent en communauté dans plusieurs bâtiments dont 35 logements et des appartements traversants. Il y a le « Toit des 5 » un espace au RDC dédié à des personnes cérébro-lésées et des espaces partagés comme une maison commune (la CASANOU), une chambre d’amis, une buanderie ou encore un jardin partagé. A l’aide d’architectes, paysagistes et urbanistes les habitants ont conçu et imaginé leurs futures habitations. Cela a pris presque 7 ans pour achever ce projet.

On the 15th of October 2024, the Terminales STI2D visited an ecological co-housing community called « Le Hameau Partagé » in Saint-Jean-de- Braye. We had a presentation of the project by 4 residents of the neighborhood: Lucien Jahier, Emmanuel Henry, Jean-Marie Huberson and Dominique Plancher. More than 70 inhabitants live together in this neighborhood with people of all ages (from 0 to 86). They live in two buildings where there are 35 housing units and a few houses. There are apartments designed for people with handicaps, it is called « Le Toit des 5 ». There are also some shared spaces like a room where they can gather called « La CASANOU », a guest room, a laundry room, moreover there is a shared garden. It took them 7 years to design and imagine their future homes. They were helped by architects, landscapers and an urban planner. Johanna K. – Manel F.
